Overview
Rosewood São Paulo occupies Jean Nouvel's Cidade Matarazzo tower, a building that looks like a planter and behaves like a hotel. One year on, it has settled into itself.
Rooms
The suites on the upper floors, facing the park, are the ones to book.
Dining
Taraz — the rooftop — is the obvious one. Le Jardin, downstairs, is quieter.
Amenities
A full spa, a pool, and the sort of cultural programming (art, film, talks) that most hotels don't bother with.
How to book
Direct or Doorkey.
What we loved
- 01The Jean Nouvel tower is a genuinely beautiful building.
- 02The rooftop bar has the best view in São Paulo.
What we'd change
- 01Service can be uneven outside peak months.
